After graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Business Administration, Kathy Kendrick joined the corporate business world in Houston where her hard work, leadership, and high energy allowed her to progress to new assignments throughout the country. With these moves, she realized her true passion was real estate as she bought and sold multiple properties, both personal and vacation homes. Kathy’s enthusiasm is contagious and she is eager to find the perfect property for you. Her global business perspective has allowed her to develop deep expertise in delivering high client satisfaction, dissecting complex problems, and providing market insights to support financial decisions.

Real estate is relationship-based business, and Kathy strives to create lasting client relationships and friendships. Currently residing in the Historic East End of Galveston, Kathy loves the beach and all that Galveston has to offer to both existing and new residents. Her interests include working with a church youth group, volunteering in community events, buying and selling antiques, renovating homes, interior design, and adopting rescue dogs.
