Patti is a lifelong Galvestonian who knows the island like the back of her hand. Her previous career – as a Residential Appraiser at the Galveston County Central Appraisal District – affords her extensive knowledge of real estate on the island as well as throughout Galveston County. 

Patti is motivated to deliver what buyers and sellers want in their REALTOR® and then some! Her strengths and expertise include extensive market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, a commitment to consistent communication and dedication to follow up throughout the buying/selling process. 

Client goals are Patti’s number one priority. For buyers, she listens carefully, presents options that meet her clients’ specific needs, and then makes the transaction as smooth as possible.

For both buyers and sellers, she enjoys providing excellent, responsive service and handling all the expected and unexpected facets of the real estate transaction.

Patti is in her 10th year as a Licensed Texas REALTOR® and has earned designations as a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI); Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS); and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). Professional affiliations also include the Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR), National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR).

She is currently volunteering with The Silk Purse thrift shop and the Galveston Association of  REALTORS® MLS. In her free time, Patti enjoys tennis, traveling, and spending time with her family including taking walks on the beach with her Maltipoo, Berkley.
