Galveston Winter Texan Vacation Rentals
Winter Texan properties are available at special rates from October through February. Participating extended stay homes are posted below and are subject to calendar availability.
(Two-month minimum is required to be eligible for Winter Texan rates.)
- RATE: Prices quoted by phone or email are monthly rates. They include rent, utilities, cleaning & linens.
- RESERVATION FEE: There is a one-time, non-refundable $50 reservation fee.
- CLEANING FEE: A single cleaning fee is added to each reservation. Additional cleanings can be added for an additional fee.
- PET FRIENDLY HOMES: Dog friendly homes require a $125 non-refundable pet fee if a pet will be on premises.
- DEPOSIT: A $1,000.00 security deposit is required for all Winter Texan rentals. Deposits will be refunded within 30 days of check-out.
- HOTEL TAX: There is no Hotel Occupancy Tax on rentals of 30 days or more.
- TRAVEL INSURANCE: Coverage is optional, but protecting your vacation investment is strongly encouraged.
- BEACH CLUB: Beach Club reward points are not accrued during Winter Texan rentals.
