Beach Access: 1.5 blocks away from dune walkover, neighborhood access. NOTE: Recent storms have damaged dune walkovers in Beachside Village. The only walkover usable at this time is located on Beachside Drive, between Periwinkle and Seabreeze Lane.

Rates fluctuate with demand and aren't finalized until you book your reservation. The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed before payment is submitted.

The parking was an issue. When I rented it there wasn’t any mention of limited parking space even though I listed 4 motorcycles and a truck. Most homes have accessibility to drive motorcycles under the house. This one did not and the online pictures were deceiving in regards to this. There was a house being built right next door and they started at 7:00 a.m. took away from the relaxation of the morning. Walls in this home were quite thin could hear everything. Stayed at this property for 3 nights for a ladies trip. You cannot go wrong with this home. Super clean! Beautifully decorated and tons of space! Several outdoor sitting areas to enjoy a meal or glass of wine. Comfy beds and spacious bathrooms as well. Very close proximity to the beach and the beach is great for walking.
