Sand `N Sea Policy on Last Minute Bookings

If you’re looking to arrive within the next three (3) days, you’ll need to call or email us to place your reservation. Last minute reservations cannot be booked online. We want to make sure your vacation home is ready to welcome you! 

Last minute beach rentals follow the same rental policies as all other reservations. Depending on your arrival date, some reservations may not be eligible for travel insurance coverage. Your reservationist will be happy to answer any questions.

Check-in is any time after 5 p.m. - you can pack the car after work and be on the island in time to watch the sun set over the water!
