Eligibility: This giveaway is only open to those who enter via sandnsea.com and are 25 years of age or older on the date of entry. Employees or affiliates of Sand `N Sea Properties and their family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Void where prohibited.

Prize Details: Winner receives a free stay in a Sand `N Sea vacation rental home for the number of nights specified in the giveaway advertisement. Property selection is at the discretion of Sand `N Sea Properties. All applicable taxes and fees are included. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Smoking is not allowed at any Sand `N Sea Properties vacation home.

Winner Selection & Notification: Winner is determined by random drawing using www.random.org. Winner will be notified within five (5) days of the giveaway end date. Sand `N Sea shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner does not respond within three (3) business days, the prize is forfeited and another Winner will be chosen.

Agreement to Rules: Winner must agree to and sign the Terms and Conditions of the Sand `N Sea Properties Rental and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) policies as well as complete a Sand `N Sea Properties Guest Registration form.
