Eligibility: This contest is only open to those who enter via Sand `N Sea’s Facebook and/or Instagram social media accounts and are 18 years of age or older on the date of entry. This giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States of America. Employees or affiliates of Sand `N Sea and their family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sand `N Sea as final and binding as it relates to the content of this contest.

Prize Details: Winner receives a Sand `N Sea canvas tote bag with beach toys (various, selected by Sand `N Sea).

Winner Selection & Notification: Winner is determined by Sand `N Sea staff vote under supervision of Sand `N Sea's Marketing & Social Media Coordinator. Winner will be notified within five (5) days following the selection of the winner. Sand `N Sea shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within three (3) business days, the prize is forfeited.

Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Sand `N Sea Properties, anyone acting on behalf of Sand `N Sea Properties and Sand `N sea Properties’ licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
