Eligibility: This contest is only open to those who enter via Sand `N Sea’s Facebook and/or Instagram social media accounts and are 18 years of age or older on the date of entry. This giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States of America. Employees or affiliates of Sand `N Sea and their family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sand `N Sea as final and binding as it relates to the content of this contest.

Prize Details: Winner receives a Sand `N Sea canvas tote bag with beach toys (various, selected by Sand `N Sea).

Winner Selection & Notification: Winner is determined by community vote under supervision of Sand `N Sea. Winner will be notified within five (5) days following the selection of the winner. Sand `N Sea shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within three (3) business days, the prize is forfeited.
